Victoria, Australia. We do not have a location store and operate online only.

Where do you get your supplies?
We source our supplies from all over the globe.

Can I pay with any other form besides Paypal?
We now do CCP (concealed cash payments) which can be organized via our contact email or here via our Instagram, kik(apollojewellery) or Facebook pages.

How do I choose the pendant/charm I want on my necklace/choker?
If a drop-down box with all necklace options does not appear, please specify what charm/pendant you are after and whether you would like it in choker or necklace in the Paypal 'notes to seller' section. This is located in Paypal  checkout.


How much is postage and handling?
Postage and handling is free. There are no extra postage costs for combined orders under 5 items.

How long will my order take to reach me? 
All orders are dispatched within 2 days of received payment. Orders should take between 2-7 days to arrive (depending on your location and Australia post). If you do not receive your item in a 10 day minimum, please send us an message via our contact tab.

Can you make me a custom order?
Sure, let us know if you want a custom order through our contact tab and we will try our hardest to help you out asap.

Can you ship overseas?
International shipping being introduced early/mid 2015.

I don't like what I ordered - can I get a refund?
We do not refund orders due to distaste so please choose your items carefully.

Help! My item came in the mail and it is broken or faulty.
If you receive your item faulty or broken, we are happy to replace it if we are notified within 10 working days of dispatchment of your order. 
You can sort out a replacement through the 'contact' page.
